The Ludwin commune is located in the middle of the Lublin Voivodeship, being a tourist gateway to the picturesque Łęczyńsko - Włodawskie Lake District. Its typical tourist character is evidenced by the large number of resorts and holiday homes located around many picturesque lakes. The most beautiful reservoirs include the Piaseczno, Łukcze, Rogóźno and Zagłębocze lakes, and anglers especially liked the lakes Bikcze, Krzczeń and Uściwierz.
